The Common Works’ (TCW) ceiling height exceeds 10 feet, with the highest ceiling height being on the 3rd floor at 12 feet. Natural lighting can be found throughout the building both in Tenant spaces and common areas for optimal, healthy, and mindful working environments. All Tenants of TCW have full access to our private parking lot, adjacent to Commercial Street (off of Queen Street), as well as 24/7 access to their respective spaces through our touch-less key fob system. Respective customers, visitors, and couriers may park at the angled parking spaces on Commercial Street.
Each ground floor Tenant has the ability to install their business names and logos on their store front in an effort to create a unique space for each Tenant while increasing brand exposure to the community and town visitors.
